Read the fine print and ask questions. Despite having almost 0 debt and a very good credit score for a mortgage loan. I had to be trapped into a government loan that: will never cancel PMI even after the state agreed 25% has been paid off on the loan, I only could be approved to this government loan program based on an Assumption of what my yearly earnings would be, and to get out of the program I will have to redo the whole process. Once I am financially able to I will be getting out of it and never using your bank ever again for anything.
