      I only recently, in the past six months, have begun using this banks services and I must say that the tellers here are so patient and kind. Great people all around and are always willing to help, even after hours. I can’t recommend them enough.

      Juan is a charmer. He will make you think that he feels sympathetic for whatever situation you may be in, but he will ruthlessly enforce their ridiculous overdraft fees and late fees to a nauseating extent. I have been a customer there for 18 years, and they treat me like a stranger off the street every time I enter the building.

      Do not go to this bank for anything. I have call 4 times to get a new debit card and waited over 20minutes on hold with no answers. I do not recommend anybody do business with them.
