      Today, I had a horrible experience dealing with this bank....Mainly a lady named MiMi. The others are really nice and professional, but it only takes ONE! I would use another bank!

      Horrible bank. I opened a checking account and without ever using my debit card anywhere (never online or in-store), my account was compromised. Any time I call about anything there is a never-ending run-around and if you call 3 times about the same thing, you get a really strong chance of at least 3 different answers.
