      The place is hard to get into. The way the parking situation is done is a bit confusing. Since this was a brand new building a short time ago the blame is completely on you. As for the bank itself, there is an open design that is unusual. It seems to work. Going to give this one all the stars because the staff is doing a great job.

      POOR, POOR, POOR customer service/communication. My husband and I applied for pre-qualification through Bangor with Susan. I had to send an email to check in on the status of our application after not hearing anything for 21 days. She didn't even run our credit until I sent that email, then responded acting as if running credit takes 21 days. After finally hearing back, I sent a follow up with another question. NEVER received a response. Just received denial paperwork in the mail yesterday, 23 days after sending my question. I DO NOT and will NEVER recommend Bangor for a mortgage. Waste of my time and energy.

      pretty good bank. other than the fact that if you use mobile checking deposit to deposit your check through the app. you’ll get your money like 3 or 4 days later. i submit it every saturday night. and i always have money sunday morning. i dont understand why this would be any different this week. but the past two weeks it has always taken 3 days to deposit. so if you use online deposit for your check. it wont ever be in your bank.
