      I had 3 closing dates come and go before we finally closed for real. Cathy would only answer 80% of my questions. After Cathy had all my required documentation she kept requesting more. The first business day after closing my builder called to notify me RMS had shorted them $5,000. After calling Cathy asking what happened I was told they made a mistake and counted my $5,000 down payment to my builder twice. Not my problem but Cathy said unless I wanted to re-close and bring $8,000 to closing I’d have to pay my builder. I am completely disgusted and happy they sold my loan because I’m done dealing with them. Never again.
