I want to express my gratitude to One Place Capital bank and specifically Dan and Scott. They provided a loan for me to purchase a used xray machine. Although I knew I was retiring and selling my practice soon it was a purchase I had to make. I have had experiences with with loans from two of the largest banks in the country. I was promised " superior private client service". What I got was incompetence and outright deceit. One Place Capital is, on the other hand, very competent and honest. When time was of the essence just before closing on the sale of my practice, Scott and Dan addressed the issues immediately with the title company. This facilitated the closing of the sale on time which avoided more expense and aggravation. Thank you. Oh, and when you call them a real live person answers the phone. Seriously.
