      You have to wait way too long in line to complete your business. Most of the time there is only one or two tellers working and at the busiest times.

      The worst branch I have seen. Walked in for help with setting up a sub account. I was told it would take 45 mins to talk to a banker. Completely understaffed. Walked in again at a different time and was told we only have one person who can help and she is busy. Unacceptable. The reps need help with customer service training. Run like a third world country bank.
