      I been going to Humberto for 7+ years at the Laguna Niguel branch and he moved to his location, and I’m following him to there even it’s a little bit of drive, BUT he deserve it. I never find someone can understand me or get what I want for my personal, business, my daughter or my husband account as him!! The BEST guy at Bank Of America is him (Humberto) is number ONE!!!!

      Terrible customer service you arrive and nobody attends to you and it seems that they look at who has more money because according to your clothes if it looks more expensive that is how they attend to you and then you wait for the customer service women to finish their conversation on the phone if she wants They answer you and if they don't make another call, don't go, it's a waste of time. I wanted to open an account and in the end I had to leave the place because they never answered me.

      Currently waiting in the business line. I'm the only one here. While the consumer line has more people but are moving much faster. The teller likes taking her sweet time. She's older with red hair trying to milk her hourly pay
