  My experience with Clearinghouse was very good. There were many challenges that came up during the process. However, Clearinghouse CDFI worked with me to come up with solutions that worked and we were3 successful in closing. While we could have chose a different lender, I am pleased that we stayed with CDFI to close our loan. I thank them for their "Can Do Attitude." I would recommend them to anyone.

  I worked with Clearinghouse CDFI on a PPP Loan for my small business. They were the only lender I could find that would work with a small sole proprietor business. Clearinghouse CDFI was responsive, courteous and greatly helpful. I highly recommend them for your lending needs.

  If you want a very aggressive lender who will stop at nothing to take over a property or a project they lend to, you are in luck with Clearinghouse! Instead of seeking resolutions, they get a few lawyers to go after their borrowers. Their strategy is battle after battle and to avoid compromise and negotiations at all costs. In my opinion, their CEO Doug Bystry is an expert at that and will avoid resolution or settlement as long as he can...They will not hesitate to force a borrower into receivership, foreclosure, or even bankruptcy! They have done that at least twice in Las Vegas.
