  I've been there twice in the past week and everything was alright. I didn't wait that long even without having any appointment. I would just recommend to go there early in the morning as I've seen tons of people in the line after 11am. But definitely, if you go there at 9 or even 10, you should not wait that much! The bank teller is very nice and does her job the best possible way! Had a good banking experience at this Bank of America Financial Center.

  The staff and employees have been fine in my experience, though the hours/days of operation for this branch have changed several times in the last few months which has been frustrating to work around. Make sure to check the current hours of operation before stopping by as there's a fair chance they've changed since the last time you visited, from my experience. To their credit, they seem to update their google maps listing with the updated hours when this changes. UPDATE: Deducting 1 more star. It has been one day since writing the original review and the hours/days have once again changed. The bank was apparently going to be open today, but it seems that has since changed :/
