      They ask to Schedule a time to be helped and we waited more than 45 min even having a time Schedule. Just ridiculous. Not recommended at all

      Sad to see a once vibrant and customer oriented bank get this bad. The bankers where too busy chatting among themselves and made me wait for a while for getting help with wire transfer. I decided to leave and try another bank. Don’t waste your time with this branch.
