      I am not sure what everyone is complaining about about this branch. I just visited today and they were able to get me in and out within 10 minutes. I needed a cashier's check and they were able to get it done very quickly with minimal waiting. Everyone was pleasant and I experienced no attitudes from anyone.

      Manager is terrible and we scheduled an appointment only to be told to leave because we didnt have proper documentation when we brought 2 forms of government ids. Then we were told the cameras were watching us? The worst experience I've had banking with BOA over then past 13 years.
