      Came here for assistance about my account and they didnt help me and were rude so I had to do it online myself. I thought in person was the way to go but I learned my lesson. Waste of time.

      Wow. What a horrible branch. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. Thankfully the Dearborn branch had me in and out in 5 minutes and offered me the customer service that this branch should have offered me to begin with. They need to hire nicer people and or just shut this one down completely.
