  I am hard of hearing, my appointment with Cassie Kelly went very smooth, she help me to get one dollar for parking payment first, then the banking process went very professional and she is very patient when I need repeat. Thanks again Cassie!

  Absolutely ridiculous customer service. I came in for a simple simple activation of a credit card issue, which over the phone they told me i had to come in person for. Them when I went into both branchs in the city, they told me they did not have adequate time to help me ( I went in over an hour before closing), and said I needed to schedule an appointment, but we're super booked out. I am regretting choosing to get a credit card with them
