      We are switching to Wecu bank, never able to get any change from any location. I can run to wecu bank and grab you guys some quarters next time.

      We understand your frustration and want you to know we were not trying to be difficult, Gurvinder. Once a week branches anticipate the amount of funds they are going to need to order from the cash vault broken down by denomination. Due to a national coin shortage, the branch is at 100% mercy of what our cash vault receives as they cannot fulfill each order for the branch. To ensure each branch has enough funds for all customers, the branch may not be able to provide you with what you may need each time. We appreciate your feedback regarding this experience.
