      No one EVER answers the phone to setup an appt. so I walked in and even though there are 2 ppl sitting behind the desks, apparently only one of them is capable of actually assisting a customer or doing any sort of work. The woman totally ignored us and pretended she didnt see us while the man said he cant help us because we dont have an appt. and he has an appt coming in 10 mins. USELESS STAFF, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went down the street and opened an account right away for my son at TD BANK who were very decent, polite and friendly.
