      I have accounts with BofA but do my best to avoid what is usually an awful bank. I needed a birth certificate application notarized so I decided to try out their free notary service for customers. But... of course they refuse to notarize those. BofA is truly among the worst banks. If I didn't occasionally use their credit cards, I would never step foot there.

      Waited about an hour to try and open a credit card. Ended up leaving cause they were taking forever and didn't seem like anyone was finishing any time soon. One guy finished and sat around doing nothing for 15 minutes instead of calling the next person???
