  I have been a customer of BOFA for many years now and I have had one great experience after another. But this time, it is different- my experience has just been beyond great. Hanan Sawan is an extraordinary consultant. Not only is she friendly and welcoming, but also knowledgable and goes by the book. She expresses her disagreements in a professional manner and very respectfully so. Ever since I met Hanan, I have been a better informed consumer and that lead me to thinking about how she can help my friends and family with their finances. For the 5th time since I met Hanan, 4 months ago, I am going to go see her tomorrow with a 3rd member of my family. We are grateful for all that she has helped with and educated us on setting financial goals and how we can save for all our financial needs.

  Most pathetic experience in my 12yrs of banking with BoA. Today, they made me wait for 35min despite having an appointment stating that the concerned person is 'on break'. Why schedule appointment then?! Adding to the pain is that they couldn't notarize a simple document like a passport copy. Not that they are NOT able to, it is just their policy. Another instance where associate read out policy line rather than applying common sense. I was tired and gave up on them.
