      It is the worst BofA agency I have ever visited... The service is terrible, the banker told me that she could not attend me because she was serving the clients of her co-workers... He made me lose my date, my time, he didn't give me any more explanations. She is the only promoter who speaks in Spanish... Her name is Patricia Medrano, IT IS A SHAME for people like this (unprofessional... Many clients emigrate from the bank)
