  This is the worst bank in the entire universe!! I wish I didn’t have to come here, the lines are long and what’s with only having two tellers?! Not to mention that the wait time for sitting down with a banker is an even longer wait time then the line!!!

  I don’t even know why I give them my business. I have a personal, business, credit cards with them but after a few visits to this branch. Makes me rethink about life without them would be so much better. I’ll have to pull all of my assets out of Bank of America. This place is so sad. Customers are unhappy, teller are like walking zombies, tellers don’t smile or talk. They don’t even tell you to wait or be patient. They are just unhappy tellers. Don’t know how these people sleep at night. So stu pid. Around 20 customers. And no one to be found. Not even one teller.

  I would give zero stars if I could. Worst BofA I've even been in. Currently 15 people in line with 1 teller open. And this isn't the only time. Every time I've been here it is this way. Ridiculous.
