      I want to thank the branch for the handling of a cash transaction disbursed to me as a non-B of A member. My response to the lobby conditions, quite frankly, were uncomfortable. The transaction had to be vetted through the proper channels. I had to wait 10-15 minutes and the current Covid restrictions made the wait one without a place to work a) in private or b) one where accommodation for seating was offered.
