  The staff at this office is always pleasant, as well as professional. The office is typical BofA "prison sterile"...so the fact the staff can rise above the drab utilitarian atmosphere and greet each customer with a smile and make doing business with Bof A an enjoyable experience, is testament to there commitment to great customer service.

  The drive through ATM took my checks and didn’t give me proof of my deposit. When I waited to speak with the bank teller she/he/they told me to not use the advertised ATM anymore and to just have faith that I’ll get my money within 10 business days.
