  No offense but Mr Deez does not know what he is talking about. I come in often and have met Mr. Connor and he is helpful although weird. I have also met Mr. Ien and Ms. Paola and they are the God and Goddess of Hawthorne they are so wonderful!!!! Hate Bank of America, not the people who work there trying to make a living.

  These poor people are trying to do their best and stay employed but they are working for a big and indifferent corporation that needs to go away. BOFA has been on a downward slide since 2008 and has no clue how to recover. I have moved several business and personal accounts to another bank and will be moving the rest soon. The branches they have chosen to close are all those that made them a locational choice for me in the first place. Adios BOFA. I drove by the Hawthorne Branch last week and found it to be boarded up. I couldn't tell if they are closed permanently or another disgruntled customer broke all the windows. If it is the later, thanks to whoever did it, you deserve a medal for acting on the way many of BOFA customers feel.
