      Having had to switch to this location because the Lovejoy branch closed, I can say that my experience here has been wonderful. Service is fast, there location is excellent, and the staff are always cheerful... A great combination for a terrific experience.

      Super Rude, I also deposited a check last week over $2,300, they placed on hold for a week exactly to this day!! I have bills that are late ect. I also was told it would go into my account the next day to end up calling and hearing there was a 8 day hold!! Then spent 25 minutes waiting to talk to a human to verify the happenings and he politely told me that they usually tell there customers to cash there checks then turn around and deposit the cash so it goes into my account right away! What is the point of having a Bank!??? Ive also been told that I can just do my deposits at the ATM A FEW TIMES! Guess they don't value there job, also closed on numerous times BEFORE 4:30PM!!! About to go to a private Bank. I stepped away a few years ago after maintaining a account I had for 30 years since I was 15, and its just got worse!!!
