      Every one in this branch is very helpful, I went with my mother, who had a lot of questions and we were helped by a customer representative Ruru Zhou, she took the time to explain everything leaving us with full confidence with this branch. Also I want to mention John, and Anna who also very helpful. At this time with the covid 19 crisis. It's nice to know they are there to assist you.

      The lady of customer service a nice person, but the cashier Cristina has a bad attitud, was the first and the last time in this branch. The rest of the personal are nice

      It's disappointing to know Bank of America at College Point closes for none ATM in person service on both Saturday and Sunday while most of other banks in the area are open for at least half day Saturday or even Sunday. How can boa stay competitive by doing so? Can boa at least match what other banks are doing from availablity perspective? Otherwise it may not be surprising for losing customers to your competitors.
