  Horrible service by an employee named Steve Gomez. he was assisting me because he needed a code for my cell phone and he told me to call customer service when they wanted to talk to him. he was already with another incredible person but true

  The teller take 30 mins to cut a certified check but still have typo on it. First time missing street number, second time missing memo, third time missing one word, the last time missing one letter. Why so many issues happened? The procedure is wrong. Even when I ask her to confirm the information with me before cutting the check, she still said that is not necessary. She is not qualified for this position. How deos Bank of America train this staff???
