      Horrible customer service. Every time I come in there is an issue, and the staff come off pretty rude. If you have to got to Bank of America please choose a different location!

      B of A in MN is awful.. I still haven't had a good experience at a single location in this state. They should just close up shop. Avoid this bank like the plague.
