      It's tough in a location where customers need a bank employee to help them with their needs. It's also tough when the video chat with someone isn't available, especially during business hours.

      Wish that I could leave zero stars for this rating. Sat around for half an hour waiting for a banker to show up on the video call, and they never did. The timer initially says approximately five minute wait, then refreshes every single time the 5 mins is up for an endless loop. Bank of America is the worst. Worst customer service, and worst products.
