  Big improvement! The 2 guards their are super friendly and nice gentleman! Love them, the staff too are all nice very helpful specially Mr. Cuen. Thank you guys keep up the good work God bless....

  I just don't understand why: When you go inside the bank there are only 2 employee's / tellers to process transactions on a Saturday when there are so many people in line. I was in line for over 30 minutes this morning waiting to do a money transfer. This couldn't be done at the ATM or over the phone so I had to go inside the bank. I stood there so long that my feet went to sleep. I asked why so few tellers, and I was told they are trying to close down and get rid of the face to face banking practice. I'm just disappointed with the BofA now.

  Don't normally come here, in fact, I haven't been here at least since 2019 or 2018, but I was in the area. Well there's only a couple of guys ahead of me. but the tellers are taking an awfully long time. I finally get up to the window, the female teller asks for my ID. Then she gets up and goes to interpret for another teller at the other end. I thought maybe just a word or two, something quick, but NO, it was about five or six minutes!!! Then when she comes back, she doesn't even apologize!!! I couldn't read her name tag because of her hair, but she has glasses and is chunko. On my way out, I tell one of the loan or new accounts people who was walking around. Her reply was something like, "well at least it's over now." What the hell kind of response is THAT???
