      It is a very interactive tool to use whenever a client has questions about any banking services or transactions to conduct. The representatives are knowledgeable, courteous, and quick in responding to your concerns.

      I appreciate that this ATM has restricted hours. I have not seen Security at this site in awhile so not feeling secure as I used to when entering and using this facility. I was annoyed at first with the hours and being closed on Sunday but given the hacking at bank sites I am now glad for them. I would rather have limited access also giving thieves less access keeping my money safe. People should understand there are excellent reasons for a little in convenience.

      Only offering ATM access during business hours shows BofA's disdain for their "customers". Have to go all the way over to 501 W Broadway to use an ATM that literally steals money and the tellers are less than human. Nothing about dealing with Bank of America has been a good experience; they do not operate in good faith.
