Fastest Bank with the shortest wait time. Only reason it did not get more stars is because it is often closed without reason and without an open date. Understandably due to covid, but still inconvenient.

It's ridiculous that a major financial institution would be "temporarily closed" since the end of January; with no indication of a reopening date. This is a hardship on many senior retirees in this community who do not drive or have transportation to San Diego locations to conduct their personal banking business.
