      This place is the worst. The staff is not knowledgeable and they messed up my account so bad that I am considering leaving Bank of America in general.

      Awful way to do business got there at 3:55 so 5 minutes before closing and they had already locked the doors! This was on Monday 12/23/19

      i walked in a few minutes after they opened. there was one person ahead of me when i walked in and she was waiting for the teller to call her up. as i got to the line she was going to one of the tellers while the other one just sat there looking down at her keyboard. i understand that they just opened but they should be ready to help customers once the doors are opened to the public. neither of the tellers seemed to want to work because as i was leaving there was a woman waiting to be called up even though the other teller was already done with his first customer.
