  The staff have always been very helpful here. There is also a Merrill agent at the bank as well. Large open space. Front and back door entrances. There is an atm in front of the bank.

  Just went in to put a deposit, don’t remember her name, but she was short with short hair and straight bangs. Rude, rude, rude woman. She spoke fast and super low and I said I don’t speak spanish because thats exactly how it sounded, she gets all weird over it and continues to talk low. Gave me a face as well even with her mask on. Learn how to talk louder and more efficiently to be understood and don’t get offended when you’re told something that was your fault to begin with.

  Sally the “manager” is probably one of the worst banking people I have encountered in my entire life, both as an individual and a business owner. Bringing multiple cash deposits to the bank and waiting like anyone else in line is no grounds to make someone wait until ALL the other customers is done to be taken care of. If our business leaves BOA it would only be thanks to her. Thanks Sally!
