You guys are the worst bank out of all the banks. You steal money from people, you guys don't explain your services very well. You need to remember that the money we put in the bank is our hard earned money and you guys try as hard as you can ro keep our money. Your fees are outrageous ! Your staff is rude and fake! And I am very upset right now and it is taking every calm nerve in my body right now not to curse at you. Maybe you need to have a meeting and discuss these things . I will be taking my business else where!

TRASH. Absolute Trash. Your customer service is a joke. When my key banking info was stolen at 9pm PT , they texted me, I called and within 5 minutes whoever in philly was using my account got shut down. When my girlfriend BAC info was stolen we stayed on hold for 35min before we could talk to KYLE from california, dipshit, who told us to call the fraud dept. tomorrow then transferred us ....where we remained on hold for an hour before the call dropped.
