      I've been banking with Bank of America like forever but yesterday was the worst!! It used to have at 5 window to help ppl but Now it's only 2 or 3...ANYWAYS its only 1 person is there but on Top theirs tons of Employees walking back n forth and just LOOOK AT YOU. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! A FEW YEARS AGO THEY'RE GOING TO ASK U ,IF U NEED ASSISTANCE BUT NADA.
