      I found this branch to run normally, but taking a deeper gander at how they operate the exact way Reston bank does. I can genuinely say I feel they discriminate and play favorites. They were helping two young women in different offices and when my wife and i asked if we could have a banker sit down with us and show us where the hundred dollars went we were missing. The manager was sitting at the front of the bank and told us flat out no. She wouldnt take the time to go over our concerns of 100 dollars missing out of our account being charged 5 times for one pizza we take pics of the balance right then. An all this bank would do is push us put with there shoulders shrugging. A racially biased bank clearly. Mona and flora are both horrible managers. I hope bank of america fixes my local branches. I am close to pulling out from using there services.
