      Very convenient location, can deposit cash, cash checks, check balance all from the ATM. I have not used the video banking portion yet but love all the features the ATM has to offer.

      Computer system down again. No video chat available during hours because system wasn't working right. Called local bank on Rock in Wichita, no help. They offer appointment 5 days from now. Was able to withdraw cash from the ATM and then closed the account. Citizens bank Derby is live in person walk in service. Talk to a real person.
