      Bank of America closed out my accounts because I reported fraud. They treated me as if I had done something wrong when all I was trying to do was report a dispute someone had made in my account. It's very disturbing and disappointing to be treated as such by such an established chain.

      We are trying to get a certified check to close on our new mortgage. We couldn't even get into this location to attempt to use the video banking feature. Our debit cards work just fine for purchases but apparently not to get us in to the building. Hard pass. If this is the way BofA is going, it's time to switch banks. We've been cardholders since 1996 but we're done.
