      Wow this is terrible. Complete waste of time. You click a teller machine and a 5 minute timer starts. When it hits 0:00 it restarts - as many times as it wants. Took me 15 minutes to even get a teller and then I was put on hold for 10 minutes. Complete garbage - don’t waste your time and go to a real branch

      All branches close at 4pm and no personal experience all thinks are suppose to be ATM. I will be closing our account.

      What can I say, abysmal service, waited for thirty+ minutes without a line for no service. Left with an unsatisfactory taste in my mouth. Bank of American isn’t a bad bank, but this division is absolutely horrid, and has an obvious lack of attention. 1 star, I don’t recommend going here for any of your banking needs
