      It was a pretty cool experience, I'd never heard of an "Advanced Center," as I've lived up in the boonies of Bar Harbor, Maine for the past 5 and a half years. I tapped the tablet and Jeramis showed up on the screen. He helped me out immeasurably and the videoconferencing went smoothly. I wonder what the next step in this evolution will be? A personal deposit center in your house? Still, it was a nice middle ground between the impersonal ATM/lackluster technology of a phone call and having a teller help you out - except there were no lines, and I liked that a lot!

      Visited on Saturday at noon, during open hours. They are supposed to have live video chat, but the tablets all say "no internet connection." I'm sitting in one of the conference rooms, waiting for BOA to call me back on my cell. It's a weird place, nice concept but poor execution.
