  Excellent people are so friendly Angie helped with my money market Johra and Lisa are awesome the manager Melissa is extremely intelligent and very helpful they make you feel just like family I wish I could remember all the names and I apologize to anybody I missed and I pull up to the drive-thru cuz the code in 19 I bring my dog and she looks at the window and they always give her a little treat how thoughtful

  I can’t trust Keybank they are terrible and the after hour people are so rude. They just put you on hold it’s terrible do not go to this bank. THEY ARE SO RUDE

  I am not a member of Keybank but use their ATM often for cash withdrawals. Accidentally left my debit card and went back in to see if someone had grabbed it and turned it in. Turns out it was there but the policy is they have to destroy my card since its not a Keybank card. Never have I heard this with any other bank. My own Bank even thought that was strange for them to keep my card. The lady was very rude saying to me "there has to be a reason the atm didnt give you your card back" Very unprofessional when they should clearly be able to see I took cash out. Had to shut my card off and get a new one. Will never use their ATM service again. I also work at a dealership and have sent customers there for loans on vehicles. Never will I send my customers to keybank.

  Good Morning Chiara, thank you for getting in touch. We apologize for the experience you had. We do destroy cards of non clients left in our ATM for security reasons. We do not have access to your card information (only your bank does) and we are unable to verify ownership or see if there are any restrictions on the card. Only your bank can verify if the person presenting picture ID is authorized. The name on the card is not sufficient. Hope this helps. Thank you!^CH
