      I think the people at this bank are very helpful and friendly . I go into this bank at least once a month for the last three years.

      1 is too high for this institution. They closed for an hour and a half today (11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.) for lunch and put a sign on the door saying it was due to "unforeseen circumstances". Merchants and other customers were left outside with no explanation. This was a planned bank closure for lunch. It was confirmed by two employees who sheepishly admitted it. Bank anywhere else, a credit union if possible.
