  I was able to send money to Japan with my smartphone before, but I couldn't do it and it was difficult, so I went out to complain. This is because a person who made a reservation at about the same time as me visited. Since we are diving, we thought that our response should wait for those people and give up. Recently, it seems that banks have begun to make reservations and visit when they have business. This may also be the influence of Corona. Previously, a bank employee recommended a useful credit card and made it. I've been using that card ever since. I am happy that the refund rate is better than other cards. -------- When I was having Trouble for wiring to Japan with my Smartphone before I could do it, the Clerk helped me a lot and also figured it out. However, I had to wait a pretty long time because several Customers made an appointment at the same time At that time, I was a walk-in Customer so I thought I should wait then concede to them. Recently, we had better make an Appointment to visit a Bank when we needed their help. This is also in Influence under the COVID- 19, isn't it? Before, a clerk offered a very Useful Credit Card to me. Since then I always used the Card. The Card's Cash Back Rate is Pretty Good to the Card Holder. So I am pleased with it.

  I have never posted a review on line... let alone a bad one, but I felt the need to voice my disappointment on the terrible customer service I received at this location, from the VP of this branch no less. I very rarely go into the bank itself, most of my banking I do online. Needless to say I will be avoiding walking into another. I know that I am just a little peon to BoA, and the money that I have in this establishment is a pittance compared to the amount they deal in on the regular; however, I need to be able to trust the establishment I keep my finances at. I walked in today and was treated, not like a loyal continuing customer for 20 years, but a vagabond asking for a hand out, when just trying to access my money. I don't expect anything to come of this... man but it's so frustrating. As a side note, because of this interaction with the VP I will be removing my funds and closing my accounts. cheers.
