  There was a issue with the outdoor ATM Machine, so I wrote down the number located under the ATM and called the number and I gave them the ATM machine # and stated it was not working for the past week. Other people were there also and complained about the ATM not working but apparently no one bothered to call and report that the ATM was temporarily closed. The lady I spoke to was very nice and helpful.She stated they were unaware that the machine wasn't working. She also stated I was the only person who reported it to them. A repairman was send to that location and repaired the ATM. She thanked me for notifying the company. So now it's up and running. People need to be more vigilant and rather complain call the company so they can make repairs.

  this bank says this. working but when one arrives they have the door closed and they do not allow someone to come out and they do not want to let one enter

  Thanks to the two smiling ladies who showed me that I could pay my VISA at their ATM 24/7. These ladies could not have been more cheerful and helpful.
