      What a joke they couldn't even answer anything I asked and they even transferred to four different departments and the last woman I spoke with was really rude. I called about why my apartment wasn't allowed or wasn't approved to take the money out. Even though i use my card all the time for rent.I was then told that I had a dispute on the amount(that I some how put on myself?) I then ask how thats even possible when I didn't even do it and no one could tell me or where the rest of the money went.

      There is this one banker who works at the drive through whom is very rude. For some reason I always get her, very unprofessional and miserable as if she hates her job.
