      I'm not discounting the negative experiences other customers may have had at this branch, but my personal experience recently was very positive. I was greeted when I walked in the lobby, and was helped right away. Leslie was knowledgeable and professional, and I got the service I needed in a very reasonable amount of time. Sure, it wasn't a very busy time when I walked in, but the level of service was top notch. This is not a given these days, unfortunately, where you can get poor service even if you're the only customer in the building! So here's my kudos for a job well done.

      I called to ask about money my dead grandma had left me. The lady that answered the phone was absolutely no help she transferred me to someone else and no one picked up and I tried calling back a couple times and now no one is answering me

      This is probably on the top of the worst branch of BoA list in the valley. In addition to the long wait time you have to go through when the branch is not even busy and just the result of inefficient staff, the staff are not professional at all. Go to another branch or simple cross the street to Chase and you will see the difference.
