      I had to open up a new business bank account immediately. Myra Pierson and Jesse Maldonado went out of their way to help me. Jesse followed up the next day. These two employees gave me efficient friendly customer service! I will recommend my family and friends to bank at Bank if America. Thank you Jesse and Myra for your help. You two are the best!       Jorge Valenzuela (the market manager of this Bank of America and other nearby branches) had at least 3 different employees test positive for Covid-19 here during this pandemic and each time Jorge attempted to keep the Encinitas branch open for as long as possible without notifying customers of the infections until the bank’s safety department shut it down to reduce exposure. This is unacceptable behavior and violates every health and safety code there is. Get this guy removed from his position.

      Javier Olarte was so rude. I have been a client for Bank of America for the past 5 years and I have never experienced such a rude manager. I would NEVER recommend this location. Del mar or Sorrento Valley are way better.
