She was very knowledgeable about BOA's offerings and was able to answer all the questions I had. Rita, who typically works at another location, seemed very dedicated to the bank and its customers and she definitely made me feel like my business would be valued there.

      They never have enough staff. Every time I go to this location it’s only 1 teller open

      Every single time I come to this bank its a long line just an awful experience don't go to this Bank unless you got a lot of time to bank. additionally I went over to the relationship banker to help with an account that needed to be registered she just told me to fill out the information. Already knew that. I went to the Greenfield bank and they helped me do it even called the headquarters help me.
