This is the Best Bank in New Rochelle & even in New York!!! The staff is very pleasant, polite in a comfortable atmosphere. Mr.Alvarez & Mr.Hunter helped us & gave us all the information we needed. Mr.Alvarez & Mr.Hunter are both very professional, kind, respectful, great communicators, understanding, helpful, patient, knowledgeable & skilled in their field, work fast & efficiently!!! Mr.Alvarez also gave a detail explanation.. The line flows going fast, in & out! We had such a great experience!!!

One teller working while all other employees congregate in little groups around the bank. This is the norm. Long lines and no leadership. Avoid this branch if possible.

Banking on a Saturday is a disaster. 1 teller and a line out the door. Manager should have more tellers on busy days.
