  I will travel past many B of A branches to do even an ATM transaction here. Why? Because this is BofA's best branch in the Santa Clarita Valley. They've just re-done the inside - clean, modern - but the people are still human. When I go to lunch and pay the tip with cash, if I leave a $2 bill, some servers seem extra appreciative - so every time I go to this branch, I ask them for some $2 bills (and I pay for them, of course) - and they always provide some. One time, they even ordered a whole bunch of new $2 bills - and it felt like Christmas. And you can go inside to use the ATM, with their sleek, clear glass floor-to-ceiling dividers between the ATM area and the rest of the branch. And the ATMs keep getting upgraded. Not just the software, but the whole machine - new dispensers for cash, new ways to accept checks, while still keeping all the special features for those who need them (might be me, someday). Even if you have a convenient branch, I recommend that you try this one - you can see it way up on the hill when travelling on Soledad, and it's near Rattlers, Sam's Club and Walmart. I bet you'll like those $2 bills.

  Line is almost out the door and there is 1 Teller at the window. Other employees not willing to open another window. Customers in line are getting frustrated. Too many banks available these days to tolerate poor service.
